According to a new report, Brad Pitt hasn’t been photographed with his six children in 900 days. It’s no secret that Pitt’s relationship with his kids isn’t what he would like, but does this mean he has turned into Hollywood’s newest deadbeat dad?
Cameras may not have captured any images of Pitt and his children in the past two-and-a-half years, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t spent any time with them. Most likely, he has seen Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne multiple times, but the contentious relationship he has with ex Angelina Jolie has definitely caused some problems.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, during Jolie and Pitt’s custody battle, the Oscar-winning actress decided that 17-year-old Maddox was old enough to decide if he wanted to continue his relationship with Pitt, and he chose not to.
15-year-old Pax has also decided against having a relationship with his dad, but the younger kids have not completely cut their dad out of their lives. However, they don’t see him often, and that’s how Jolie wants it.
“Angie secretly delights in Maddox and Pax refusing to see Brad. Besides that, she doesn’t stop them when they badmouth and complain about him,” revealed an insider. “Not stopping them from blasting Brad plays into her mind games.”
Pitt realizes that his relationship with Maddox might be beyond repair, but he has cleaned up his act and wants a chance to have a relationship with the younger kids.
Since his split from Jolie, Pitt has gotten sober and much healthier, and insiders say he is ready to be “the best dad in the world.” Jolie isn’t giving him a chance, and that is “sad and frustrating.”
During this difficult time, Brad has been relying on his brother Doug for love and support. During the holidays, Doug and his wife, Lisa – as well as their kids Sydney and Reagan – flew to California from Springfield, Missouri, to ring in the new year with the lonely Once Upon A Time in Hollywood star.

Doug and Brad are rarely photographed together. But, in early January cameras did catch Doug and his family at Breitling Boutique at Century City Mall and driving around in one of Pitt’s Teslas. The family also had dinner at vegan hotspot Crossroads, which is owned by Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

Sources say that there is a good reason that Brad relies on Doug for support – his pragmatic and no-nonsense approach to life. Insiders claim that Doug isn’t affected by “Hollywood BS,” and he has been a big help for Brad Pitt while he unravels all of the chaos from his life during the past couple of years.
